How do I place an order?
Placing an order at AMSA is simple:
Browse our website and explore the items you love. Once you find a product, select your size and click the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
Review your cart by clicking on the ‘Shopping Cart’ icon at the top of the page. You can modify your selections as needed.
Click ‘Proceed to Purchase’ to finalize your order.
Do I need an account to shop on AMSA?
No, you can shop without creating an account.
However, registering with AMSA allows you to:
- Track your orders
- Review past purchases
- Save your delivery details for quicker checkout
- Manage your profile and preferences
- Create a wishlist of your favorite items
- To create an account, simply click on ‘Register’ and fill in your information.
What payment methods do you accept? Is it safe to pay online?
We accept major online payment methods including:
VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shopify Pay.
Bank Transfer is also available globally.
Your transactions are protected through SSL encryption for secure end-to-end data transfer.
Can I choose my preferred currency?
Yes! While our base currency is USD, you can switch to:

Does AMSA ship internationally?

- Ready to Wear: Ships within 3–5 working days

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Currently, same-day delivery is not available.
Are there any duties or taxes?
- Local orders (within Pakistan): No additional duties or taxes
- International orders: Duties may apply depending on the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
- Yes. You can request:
- Cancellation
- Size change
- Address or detail update
Within 48 hours of placing the order.
After 48 hours, modifications may not be possible. Please contact our support team for help.
How do I track my order?
After placing an order, you’ll receive a unique order number.
Use this number to check your order status by contacting our customer service.
Are product colors accurate on the website?
We do our best to display product colors as accurately as possible.
However, due to differences in screen settings and devices, actual colors may slightly vary from what you see online.
