At AMSA, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and top-quality products. While we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction, please be aware that returns or exchanges are not accepted under regular circumstances.

However, we do offer Conditional Exchanges in cases where the product is found to have quality-related defects.

Eligibility for Conditional Exchange:

• If you receive an item with a quality issue or manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Once your query is received, our Quality Assurance Team will thoroughly review the matter and respond promptly.
• If the issue is verified, you may be offered either:
  An exchange of the item, or
  A store credit for future use in case of a significant defect.

Important Notes:

• Customized items or items purchased on sale or with discounts are not eligible for return, refund, or chargeback.
• All exchanges are subject to approval after the product has been reviewed by our team.
