Shipment Details:

At AMSA, shipping timelines may vary based on the product and category. The estimated delivery time is mentioned on each product page and will also be shared at the time of order confirmation.

In case of any delays, we will inform you accordingly. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance or lack of communication (non-responsive phone number or email). Such delays can extend up to 5–6 working days or more, and we shall not be held responsible if communication is not possible.

Please note that we are not liable for any shipping delays, whether for domestic or international orders, regardless of the payment method used.

Delivery Charges:

• Shipping charges depend on your location and the type of product ordered and are non-refundable.
• For international orders, any custom duties or import taxes levied by your local authorities will be the customer’s responsibility.
• AMSA is not responsible for any additional charges incurred through customs, taxes, or local government policies outside Pakistan.
